KRASNOYARSK, Oct 16 (PRIME) -- Austria’s RHI Magnesita may invest 250–300 million euros in a magnesite field and construction of an electro-cast magnesium plant in Russia’s Krasnoyarsk Region, the region’s government said in a statement on Tuesday following a meeting of Governor Alexander Uss with representatives of the Austrian company.
“RHI Magnesita is considering investing about 250–300 million euros in exploration of a magnesite field and construction of a plant to produce electro-cast magnesia and fire-clay bricks in the region. The production capacity may reach 100,000–200,000 tonnes per year,” the statement read.
